In summer, free use of a small swimming pool, out of ground, dm mt 5,00 x H 0,90, especially suitable for children, but grown ups bathe as well. Free parking. Free use of two mountain bikes. Zagarolo is well served by public roads, bus and railway transport. Ciampino only 15 minutes train. Fiumicino airport by train. Motorways exits from South and North, at easy reach.

The house is situated on a hill facing the ancient town of Zagarolo. Town's centre at walking distance. All services available: shops, banks, discounts supermarkets, hospital, post office etc. Castelli romani, Tivoli and Villa Adriana, and many more archeological, cultural and touristic places in the nearby. Valmontone Outlet Fashion District, where one can buy at discount price, at only 13 kilometers. Enogastronomic attractions. Tennis, horse riding, nearby. The whole province is at reach. Visit Rome and escape the heat. At evening, you come back to a quite, cool and beautiful place. Pubs and restaurants nearby.
