Towels for the dorm rooms: 1 Euro charge for cleaning service.-There is a 1,5% charge for payments with creditcard.-We do not make any difference between 4 & 6 bed dorm rooms, prices are the same, we have the right to give a 6 bed dorm if we don't have a 4 bed dorm available. Some 4 - 6 bed dorm rooms have a private shower & toilet, others are shared.- Cancellation of a booking must be minimum 24 hours prior to the DATE of your arrival. In case the cancellation is less then 24 hours prior to the day of your arrival, then only the first night is due to be paid.We accept only cancellations by email- Currently our reception is closed from 13:00 until 16:00 (if we are there you can already store your luggage inside) and reception is also closed between 23:00 - 07:30 am. (for early birds: key card disposal available!)No lock-out nor curfew: : 24hrs access with keycards to your room!Check-out time from hostel is 11:00 amHave a nice stay!
